AOC Bordeaux Rosé
Dressed in a beautiful brilliant salmon colour, this rosé reveals fine notes of very fresh raspberries and redcurrants. The mouth, soft, silky and fruity, is underpinned by a pleasant vivacity that gives it balance and length.
Marinated red mullet filets, cod brandade, roasted monkfish with chorizo, grilled beef, semi-dry cheeses or a red fruit salad.

Mechanical harvesting, selected at the right maturity.
Vinification: total grapping, fermentation under temperature control.
Blend : 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 50% Merlot
Ageing : Can be drunk immediately but will develop well for 2 to 3 years.
Bottling : Bottles stored after cold stabilization
