Elegant, silky, with velvet tannins, oak, black raspberries and oac notes create the nose. Intense ruby red colour with purple gleams Already drinking well, this wine should be consumed over the next decade.
Serve with caramelized duck filets, beef fillet, braised chicken, cheese platter.
Aire d’appellation : AOC SAINT-EMILION.
Sol : Argilo-calcaire, sablo-limoneux.
Age des vignes : 40 ans.
Production : 6000 à 50 000 bouteilles.
Blend : 80% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Franc.
Mecanical harvesting. Ageing in steel tanks. Lightly oaked.
Ageing : can be drunk immediately but will develop well for 10 years.
Bottling : bottles stored horizontally in cages at the property, without labels, for 12 months.
Degree : 14 % vol.
