TASTING

Elegant, silky, with velvet tannins, oak, black raspberries and oac notes create the nose. Intense ruby red colour with purple gleams Already drinking well, this wine should be consumed over the next decade.

FOOD PAIRING

Serve with caramelized duck filets, beef fillet, braised chicken, cheese platter.

PRODUCTION

Appellation : AOC SAINT-EMILION.

Soil : clay and chalky, sandy and muddy.

Average age of vines : 40 years old.

Production : 6000 or 50 000 bottles.

VITICULTURE AND VINIFICATION

Blend: 80% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Franc.

Mecanical harvesting. Ageing in steel tanks.

Lightly oaked Ageing : can be drunk immediately, will develop well for 10 years.

Bottling : bottles stored horizontally in cages at the property, for 12 months.

Degree: 14 % vol.
