Grands Vins de Bordeaux

A pretty pale clear straw color, with golden reflections. The nose is long, and bold revealing a beautiful complexity with outstanding freshness. Conveying an abundance of citrus notes that go hand in hand with echoes of flower and spice.
The palate is splendid, with an attack that is full-bodied. The wine has a very beautiful fruit forward structure which is supported by its balanced acidity and a touch of salinity at the end.
Perfectly suits with the fish, especially the smoked salmon, shellfish and crustaceans and white meat.
