Soil : strong and gravelly soil, pebbles and rounded, on clay-siliceous subsoils.

Yield : 40 hl/ha.

Average age of vines : 30 years old.

Production : 25 000 bottles.

Area : 4,96 hectares.

Planting density : 5 000 vines/ha.

VITICULTURE AND VINIFICATION

Blend: 60% Sémillon, 30% Sauvignon, 10% Muscadelle.

Manual harvesting.

Vinification : Skin contact maceration for 8 hours, stirring of the dregs for 6 months.

Wine ageing : 100% in oak barrels.

Time spent in barrels : 8 months.
