The nose offers an impression of freshness with its mixed aromas of white flesh fruits and exoticism raised by a note of citrus fruits. Mouth feel with a strong and extensive attack, unfolding on the freshness and the fruity.
Lenght and the retroolfaction evoke the Sauvignon Blanc and Gris typicality.

Mechanical harvesting, grapes are then sorted manually. Maturing on fine lees.
Ageing : can be immediately but will develop well for 3 or 4 years.
Bottling : bottles stored horizontally in cages at the property, without labels, for 6 months.
Alcohol degree : 13,5% vol.
