AOC Saint-Emilion
Elegant, silky, with velvet tannins, oak, black raspberries and oac notes create the nose. Intense ruby red colour with purple gleams Already drinking well, this wine should be consumed over the next decade.
Serve with caramelized duck filets, beef fillet, braised chicken, cheese platter.

Soil : clay and chalky, sandy and muddy
Average age of vines : 40 years old
Production : 10 000 bottles
Blend : 65 % Merlot, 30 % Cabernet Franc, 5 % Cabernet Sauvignon
Mécanical harvesting. Ageing in steel tanks. Lightly oaked
Ageing : can be drunk immediately but will develop well for 10 years
Bottling : bottles stored horizontally in cages at the property, without labels, for 12 months
Degree : 13,5 % vol.
