AOC Bordeaux Rosé
Dressed in a beautiful brilliant salmon colour, this rosé reveals fine notes of very fresh raspberries and redcurrants. The mouth, soft, silky and fruity, is underpinned by a pleasant vivacity that gives it balance and length.
Marinated red mullet filets, cod brandade, roasted monkfish with chorizo, grilled beef, semi-dry cheeses or a red fruit salad.

Bottling : Bottles stored horizontally after cold soaking
