AOC Bordeaux Red
This classic blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Franc is sparingly revealed on the first nose, then the aeration releases the ripe fruit on an elegant woody background. The palate remains on these tones and offers a lot of substance, fat and a beautiful solidity around tannins with a fine and silky grain.
Serve with red and white meats, and types of game. Excellent with all types of cheeses.
