A deep bright ruby colour revealing red fruits, nutmeg, cinnamon and vanilla aromas. Velvety and dense tannins.
Serve with lamb ribs, veal meatballs or duck tournedos.

Production: 60 000 bottles
Blend: 70% Merlot, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon.
Vinification: 20 or 30 days of maceration, alcoholic fermentation in a stainless steel tank. Aged in oak barrels for 6 months.
Ageing: can be drunk immediately but will develop well for 6 years
Bottling: bottles stored horizontally in cages at the property, without labels, for 12 months.
Degree: 13% vol.
