Soil : clay and chalky.

Yield : 49 hl/ha.

Average age of vines : 20 years old.

Production : 60 000 bottles.

VITICULTURE AND VINIFICATION

Blend : 70% Merlot, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon.

Mecanical harvesting.

Ageing : can be drunk immediately but will develop well for 6 years.

Bottling : bottles stored at the property, without labels, for12 months.

Degree : 13.5% vol.
