We immediately perceive a good maturity of the grapes in this wine opened on generous aromas of jammy fruits.

A ripe fruitiness prolonged by a supple and round mouth, with sweet tannins. A Bordeaux on gourmet delights.

FOOD PAIRING

Serve with red and white meats, and types of game.

Excellent with all types of cheeses.

Appellation : A.O.C BORDEAUX RED.

Soil : clay and chalky.

Yield : 58hl / ha.

Average age of vines : 20 years old.

Production : 100 000 bottles.

VITICULTURE AND VINIFICATION

Blend : 70% Merlot, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon.

Mechanical harvesting.

Vinification : selection of the harvest at full maturity.

Ageing : can be drunk immediately, but will evolve favourably for 5 years.

Bottling : storage of the bottles for 6 to 12 months at the estate.

Degree: 13.5% vol.
