Dressed in a beautiful brilliant salmon colour, this “Bordeaux Rosé” reveals fine notes of very fresh raspberries and redcurrants.

The mouth, soft, silky and fruity, is underpinned by a pleasant vivacity that gives it balance and length.

FOOD PAIRING

Perfect with prawns, fish, white or grilled meat.

Appellation : A.O.C. BORDEAUX ROSE.

Soil : clay and chalky.

Yield : 53 hl /ha.

Average age of vines : 20 years old.

Production : 30 000.

VITICULTURE AND VINIFICATION

Blend : 50% Malbec, 50% Cabernet Franc.

Mechanical harvesting, selected at the right maturity.

Ageing : can be drunk immediately.

Bottling : Storage of bottles during 6 months at the property.

Degree : 13% vol.
