Pretty pink petal colour with slightly bluish highlights. The fleshy and fruity nose exhales red fruits with notes of English candy.
On the palate, magnificent aromas of crisp fruit, cherries and raspberries, enhanced by persistent acidity.
A beautiful volume, a thin thickness and a pleasant length.
Marinated red mullet filets, cod brandade, roasted monkfish with chorizo, grilled beef, semi-dry cheeses or a red fruit salad.
Aire d’appellation : AOC BORDEAUX ROSE.
Sol : Argilo-calcaire.
Rendement : 55 hL/ha.
Age des vignes : 20 ans.
Production : 30 000 bouteilles.
Cépages : 50% Cabernet Franc, 50% Malbec.
