Production : 20 000 bottles.
Grape varieties : 70% Sémillon, 25% Sauvignon, 5% Muscadelle.
Mechanical harvesting, grapes are then sorted manually.
Vinification : skin contact for 6 to 8 hours, cold settling.
Ageing : can be immediately but will develop well for 4 or 5 years.
Bottling : bottles stored horizontally in cages at the property for 3 to 4 months.
Degree : 12% vol.
