The charm of this wine lies in its pale gold colour with slightly green reflections, as well as in its exotic fruit aromas.
The wine reveals notes of Sauvignon and Semillon harvested at good maturity.
And the palate is fruity and acidulous brightened with persistent fruit notes and a minerality that gives to this wine a very pleasant freshness.
To be served with fish, seafood, fowls or white meats.
