AOC Bordeaux Red
A beautiful well-structured color, primarily ruby. Aromas that are truly delicatessen, revealing subtle notes of fresh ripe red fruits, hints of flowers (peonies), smoke and spices. Very agreeable and soft on the palate, a structure that is very full-bodied, as well as a possessing a great freshness which finishes with notes of candied fruits.
A country style terrine, blue cheese soufflé, Caesar salad, grilled duck breast, or goose stew or even an apple tart.
