AOC Bordeaux Rosé
A pretty pale raspberry color. The nose is well structured and fruit forward, notes of small red fruits, as well as peppery notes and spices. The taste has splendid aromas of crisp fruits, small cherries, and hints of candied fruits (cherries, raspberries and apricots). A full-bodied, delicate thickness, and an agreeable length on the palate.
Marinated red mullet filets, cod brandade, roasted monkfish with chorizo, grilled beef, semi-dry cheeses or a red fruit salad.
