Château d’As

The vineyard of the Château d’As  is at the top of a hill overlooking the Garonne valley where there are old windmills that used to work the cereals of the low country. The soil is so stony that after a heavy rain, all traces of arable land disappear and only the pebbles shine in the sun. These pebbles absorb the heat, concentrate the perfumes and we  obtain a wine very bouqueté, very flowing.
